Yesterday's Cocktail
May have gotten out slightly over my skis on this one. An evening cocktail, good for a hot day, I like to call, "Have a Nice Morning, from Mexico", this isn't for the spice-averse...
Muddle one habanero in a shaker, top with ice, a few dashes of Celery Bitters and gin. Shake and serve up.
