Lunch Last Week Sometime

Grilled Cuban Sandwich


Had some leftover roasted pork shoulder, so thinly sliced it, and put it, a slice of ham, two slices of Swiss, dijon mustard, and dill pickle slices on bread and cooked it like a grilled cheese.  Dipped in Matouk's Calypso Sauce.
